Where is my refund?
Typically, refund times vary depending on the IRS and a filers debt obligations, if any. Nettaxes has no control of the release of funds from the IRS. You are able to check your refund status on the IRS.gov website.
How do I obtain my required 1095-A form?
Form 1095-A is used to report certain information to the IRS about individuals who enroll in a qualified health plan through the Marketplace. You can obtain your form through your Marketplace account. They are mailed annually and should be brought for filing with all current year tax documents. THIS FORM IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A FILING. If you can't find your 1095-A in your Marketplace account, the Marketplace contact phone number is 1-800-318-2596.

Why does Nettaxes need my IRS PIN?
An identity protection PIN(IP PIN) is a six-digit number that prevents someone else from filing a tax return using your Social Security number (SSN) or individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN). The IP PIN is known only to you and the IRS and required to successfully process your filing.
